Ok so my accord had the heater hose under the distrubitor rip two days ago and lead to a slight overheating. i have replaced the hose, filled and bled the system, ran it then bled it again. Today was the first drive with it since it was fixed. Upper rad hose gets warm, temp gauge is in normal position, i have heat blowing but my lower rad hose stays like completly cold... air bubble still maybe? the car has a 2.3. let me know what you guys think about it please..

Try burping the system with heat on. It helped on my car, hope it helps you.
My lower hose is usually cooler until the t-stat opens

Definitely air bubble. Keep working at it. Best thing to do is get a coolant funnel, http://www.amazon.com/Lisle-24680-Spill-Free-Funnel/dp/B00A6AS6LY , and run it till the temp comes up, then turn heat on high and with gloves, squeeze all the coolant hoses.
