P13 chip

Can anyone give me some advice on the P13 chip? I'm in the process of having my H23a swap done and my mechanic saw corrosion on the ECM so he's getting a new one. He said he grabbing me a P13 from a '96 Lude. He said its easy to mod this chip and its the best one to use for the H23. Opinions?

You cant chip the p13 or p14 ecus. But you can chip a p28, p72, or a p75 or p06 and add VTEC to either of those.
