I'll just use the same can of krylon satin spray paint that I used to paint my old pair of headlights. Says it can be used on vinyl.

Ask Justin. I know he painted his Accord dash and door panels black. I think he said it held up great. The airbag section isn't really an area that gets a lot of contact, so I wouldn't think it would degrade from body oils, etc either.
