Painting rear taillights

Skabone, is that near Saguaro Lake? It looks really familiar to me.

Also, do you guys think that I should tint the rear side markers too while Im at it?

I don't know the name of the lake, but if that is on the way to the tortilla flats on Rt88 in AZ then yes.

I think that would look good if you tint them, why not.

Yo, I just finished the sparay tint for my taills and it looks pretty dark but the lights shine through. Is it illegal to have it dark like that? I just dont want to get messed with by the popo for doing this. It looks like the one in that diy from that other site.

tinting lights

had mine done back in 98 when I first got the ride. It was done professionally by a car shop. It was a cloudy day so you can't see the real beauty of it in the sun.

you put a coat of clear on them yet? that might help lighten them up. at least thats what happened when I did mine.

it should lighten them up a bit, and it will add a nice shine. it will also protect your tint so it won't flake off.

I redid my tails today cuz they looked too dark, I need to wet sand them cuz they have that orange peel finish to them, Ill post pics tomorrow.
