to bad u live all the way in OR. there is a BC2 warehouse in jax. i have gotten a few kits from them and aerotrends and i had to do some work to get them to fit every car.
Well that's where bc2 is located in Jacksonville. Trust me if I lived there or had the funds to make a trip there it will be hell to pay for them..it will anyway if they don't fix this problem I got the lawyer ready to go at any moment.BadgerType said:to bad u live all the way in OR. there is a BC2 warehouse in jax. i have gotten a few kits from them and aerotrends and i had to do some work to get them to fit every car.
If they know what is good for them they will pay for shipping back, refund my money and my shipping. Already reported them to the BBB as well in Jacksonville. I won't hesistate to post on any forum I come across about their quality along with pictures and they know it. They didn't seem to care until I told them the forum I'm an administrator on.dreman said:That is screwed up dude they need to fix this problem fast, keep calling them up if there's anything we could do here to help you let us know I'll keep my eyes open. I would say screw it and get your money back don't get a replacment hopefully you will.

Well, it would really depend on who told them that to hold up in court. I'm no lawyer though, i have taken a decent amout of business law. And the main thing i've learned is that when a company has protected itself through waivers or disclaimer adiqueitly (sp), what a lower level employee says or does may not mean all that much.Telri said:Actually, at least one of their employees has stated it fits perfectly, or at least that they install them all the time with no problem. This actually voids their disclaimer since it has been rebutted by an assertion of the company. Either they genuinely believe it should fit, or they gone screwed up and not taught their employees anything about the legalities of their disclaimer.
talontsiawd said:Any, shaved, i'd just post the pictures on any forums you frequent. And make it look as though you are asking if it fits right. Or has similar fitment to other kits. Then link the threads. Don't be threatening though. Just say you've posted this on forums and it seems like most (or probably all) agree that the fitment is very off. Bad publicity is the worst thing for a company, especially one who produces a product like bodykits that people are skeptical of in the first place. Again, don't threaten though, just say you were looking for another oppioion and they agree.
