Well that's where bc2 is located in Jacksonville. Trust me if I lived there or had the funds to make a trip there it will be hell to pay for them..it will anyway if they don't fix this problem I got the lawyer ready to go at any moment.

If they know what is good for them they will pay for shipping back, refund my money and my shipping. Already reported them to the BBB as well in Jacksonville. I won't hesistate to post on any forum I come across about their quality along with pictures and they know it. They didn't seem to care until I told them the forum I'm an administrator on.

Not really, you ever read a disclaimer?

Actually, at least one of their employees has stated it fits perfectly, or at least that they install them all the time with no problem. This actually voids their disclaimer since it has been rebutted by an assertion of the company. Either they genuinely believe it should fit, or they gone screwed up and not taught their employees anything about the legalities of their disclaimer.

Well, it would really depend on who told them that to hold up in court. I'm no lawyer though, i have taken a decent amout of business law. And the main thing i've learned is that when a company has protected itself through waivers or disclaimer adiqueitly (sp), what a lower level employee says or does may not mean all that much.

Any, shaved, i'd just post the pictures on any forums you frequent. And make it look as though you are asking if it fits right. Or has similar fitment to other kits. Then link the threads. Don't be threatening though. Just say you've posted this on forums and it seems like most (or probably all) agree that the fitment is very off. Bad publicity is the worst thing for a company, especially one who produces a product like bodykits that people are skeptical of in the first place. Again, don't threaten though, just say you were looking for another oppioion and they agree.

Email from buddyclub2.com:
What is stopping the front bumper from lining up? There is only one corner where it was trimmed about a centimeter too much... that should be a really easy fix if you even want to. Besides that, it just looks like it's not mounted.

My response:
Excuse me? it's more than just that one corner that is a "centimeter"..it's more like a 1/4+ plus out of spec. And the around the driver side headlamp? I mean come on it's not even remotely close to lining up around the headlamp..look how much fiberglass is going to be added in order to fill the gap and line up with the fender..I'm looking at close to $300 in repairs on this front bumper alone just to get it to fit properly and the gaps to line up. I have posted the pictures of the front bumper on every forum/website I can think of where people use your products and NO ONE has ever seen fitment/quality this bad come from you guys. I researched body kits for a long time before I actually settled on you guys. I got a lot of opinions on what company to go with for your style of body kit and everyone said to go with you guys and to not get a knock-off of the buddyclub2 kit. I guess I had pretty high expectations of the quality you guys would put out especially after paying $629 for this body kit. I understand all body kits need some work, I in no way expected this kit to fit perfect without some minor tweaking..but to not fit at all and actually require it to be cut and fiberglass added? Do you guys not have a quality control? I mean honestly how could you let a bumper like this go out of your warehouse? I would like to get this problem settled I feel this is not fair to me by any means. I paid $629, waited OVER a month when I was told it would be 2 weeks before it shipped when I bought it, when I receive it it doesn't even fit & now I have to drop another $300 to make it fit.

Good response from you shaved.... respectful, yet you demand this issue to be corrected.... I'd be very surprised if they don't make good on this problem. Good luck.

well, truthfully, i don't think you should start an argument with them unless it's your 10th time emailing them. i wouldn't start a sentence with "excuse me". that's just improper. i'm not saying it's a bad thing, but you have to have communication with the other person first. if they don't comply, then you can go ahead and argue with them. but the point i'm trying to get is, be smarter than that person. but no offense to you at all shavedaccord.
