So heres the thing, i found a totalled 99 accord 2dr that's stick. The guy will let it go for 300 bucks, for the WHOLE car. He said that the transmission and the head is okay, but the buttom of the block is damaged. He has one week untill the junkyard takes it. But the thing is, it's 6-8 hours away from where i am. You guys think it's too much trouble?? :ughrun:

omy....that wasnt even the question you dork.....

6-8 hrs drive? hmmmm
bothway, you will be spending bit more than full tank of gas....so generously im adding another 100 bucks on top of the 300 bucks....

plus whatever the tow truck charges i guess.....

add them up and see if they cost more than anything you can find locally plus cost to do the swap and see if this whole swap/picking up 300 bucks totaled car is even worth it....

it's located in san jose south btw...so if anyone lives around there, it's a good deal. =]

i dont see how driving 6-8 hrs for a 300 dollars car is not worth it? considering that you can probably pull off stock parts and sell them/use them in the future.

ur right, i should totally go for it, but i'm doubting myself for some reason. i never had to tow a totalled car b4.

would anyone be interested in helping me find a way to transport it over here and possibly pay partial? n in return, get watever they want off the car. except, manual swap stuff are mine! :naughty:
