that is my CF.........I failed like a nub at sanding it down before spraying it with non-matching paint

I already sanded it down again......this time going ape-shyt on every little small scratch until smoothness is approved everywhere........then clear coat.......I bought this hood for only $100 thats why its so crappy haha
