problem with sound system

problem solved with the sound system and it had nothing to do with the new radio. it was my power wire with the anl fuse thing. i opened it up and a smaller fuse inside blew

just remmber all because it says 1200 doesnt mean its 1200 i bet its the amp ,the amp is toasted,when that light goes on means its overheated and to much volts are running through and the amp wil go into safe mode,try another amp if you can and check all the wires see if the ground or power wires are not touching check fuses,but i think its the amp is toast,remmber 1200 doesnt mean its a true 1200,
whats the make/model if its one of them sonys,pyramid,jenson, rockford fosgate.only amps out there that are true watts are alpine and jl and kicker

I believe you can add Phoenix Gold to the true wattage companiest. And maybe soundstream too?
