Projector headlights...

I'm thinking about picking up some projector headlights. Anyone have any pros/cons compared to the factory headlights? If I get them off Ebay am I basically getting what I pay for? Thanks.

halo's suck as far as light output, TYC's i hear are good, might as well get HID's too if you go projector. you could always do a retrofit or retrofit a tyc.

HID's! LOL! I'm married I know longer have HID money. I guess I'll be saving until next spring.

your stock lights will give a lot better output.

if you want a new look, consider clearing or blackhousing your stock headlights.

tyc projectors do have good output, but they cost a little more (around $200 i think)

Yeah I was thinking about clearing them out. I like that look. Just a little nervous about the whole "bake and peel" process.

get a heat gun and follow the directions on the heat gun and just go around the edges for like 30 seconds......thats what i did when i had to redo my blackhousing.

What about swapping out the tyc projector and putting in tsx projectors with hid?

^^^^ omg thats the most amazing retro fit i've heard in a while. that would be awesome. simply amazing. never thought of it lmao im so amazed to think that it would work!!! ahhh im gettin TYCs next week ahhhh lol
