wow everyone has had a really bad time with projectors. i havent had no bad experiences with them. the worst was the flickering but thats was bc of the connection and how i connected them. but once i changed out to some better splices then it worked fine.

now i will admit with stock bulbs the projectors sucks big time. i couldnt see jack. but when i put the 8ks in them it was good. and everyone says the light output sucks. but i put one oem and one projector in and the light output was abot the same. the projectors had a lil less output but it wasnt a big difference at all.

idk maybe i just got lucky

the 8ks arent "brighter" than stock bulbs, they just put out ~2700 lumens versus about 1100.

Question: If I did wanna aim them a little lower, how would I go about doing so? How do you adjust them? :hide:

Thanks.

there are 2 bolts on the back of each light...the ones towards the outside of the car go up and down. i think if the wrench turns left they go down...there are little arrows that tell you which way to go.

i wouldnt recommend using hid with any of ebay projector. if you must, tyc is the only way to go. the output is horrible on those ebay projector (including tyc), but having hid with them creates glare problem.

You and I obviously have conflicting opinions. My experiences say otherwise.

TYC projectors (from eBay) with 4300K H1 HID Bulbs:

holy **** look at that. i got 8k. now i wish i had a lower K hid kit. my tycs should be in today. and with my ebay projectors it was similiar to yours. but the cut off line wasnt as good. i wish i took pictures. that way ppl would be able to see what they were really like.
