basically, its a bass knob. it adds voltage to the input of the amp, aka "gain." but this way, i can adjust it to the song or if i have the windows open etc and leave my amp set where it is. its made by audiocontrol and should still be around $150 on ebay. i recommend it to anyone

Well I have everything ready to go I just need the time to do it cause I'm soldering the wires from my HU to the wiring harness direct. I'm practicing right now on spare speaker wire at home to get my soldering skills down. I should be installing this weekend.

On a side note the stock cubby with the door would be good for a stealth install of a turbo timer & boost controller.
