They are awesome. I have them on my Neon, I have NEVER heard anyone give bad feedback for Raceland products...they arent for performance, just daily driving. So if you are looking for off road performance, then go somewhere else. I stand behind Raceland.

If you dont have experience with them yourself then you cant comment, well, you can but it doesnt hold any weight lol. Ive ridden in a few VW's with Raceland coils also and they rode well.

lol - you get what you pay for.

$400 for something that supports the entire weight of your car doesn't sit well with me. There's better more reliable options if all you want to do is lower the car.

+1

My experience has been the people who have them love them. The people that don't, hate them for some reason. I don't know where they got their bad rap but who knows? Obviously, I'm not saying that everyone that has them, love them. But generally, from what I hear, they do. I don't think they are an "ebay" coilover. Is there better stuff? Sure.

There is truth to the statement you get what you pay for. I am with that 100%. But again, you are modding a car with a market value of $3000 (This depends on a lot but its average for a 4 cyl anyway). It comes down to what the car is to you and what you want to spend to make it right. Everyone's opinion is different but I personally think that if someone wanted a lower end option to lower a car, I think I'd point them in the direction of RaceLand. Would I say slam it on the ground with them, probably not at least without more research but again, I would never go that low myself. I'm still at stock height. lol!

The consensus is that the price is too low for such a vital part. I personally like to have peace of mind with suspension, brake, and engine components.

Would you eat from a restaurant that profits from selling 50 cent burgers? They might be fine, but I'm not taking that risk.
