So, Ive had both of my rear calipers lock on me in 2 years, twice.
The passenger side rear one especially. Ive got pretty good calipers and rotors.
All have a lifetime warranty, but has anyone else had this happen too.

Just wondering if its a design flaw

Ive done it twice, and I have lubed them before putting them on. It could of been the owner before put me never really cared about the car. He had the cheapest brake pads, rotors, and calipers Ive ever seen

+1 on lubing the guide pins. It's a good idea as well to take off the guide pins and clean them up with brake cleaner before putting them back on

The slide pins on the rear are serviceable? I tried to lube them when I did my upgrade from drums but I couldn't get the boot to come off w/o tearing it.

/threadjack, GL OP I haven't had that issue but I have noticed the e-brake not working on both sides sometimes.

on my old V6 the slide pins were serviceable just like the fronts. I had my drivers side rear seize up on me and wear one brake pad down to the metal, so I replaced that boot and lubed up all the other pins just to be safe.

what did you use to lubricate yours? I used dielectric grease on my new 6ga on the fronts and it's held up so far. it hasn't even been a year yet though but I read about a lot of people using it.
