Rear lower strut bolts seized

They are giving it to ya good. Glad you got the bolt out finally. First time I did suspension, mine was A BlTCH in the rear!! The bolt was seized to the entire metal sleeve in the bushing. Ask Justin, we were so defeated. lol

Anywho, looking forward to seeing the progress of your car. I think you bring a little hope to the youngins here.... show em how NOT to fail

This happened with my civic. I had to cut the strut off, then remove the LCA and have the bushing pressed out and a new one pressed in. My mechanic said that whenever he does suspension on a Honda he just orders a bushing kit before starting because they always have a seized bushing.

The fun part of my experience was that i borrowed a friends new CRX while my car was stuck on jack stands... and then crashed it. : (
It was the most expensive set of struts and springs ever.
