heat gun / blow dryer. Finish off with WD-40 / goo gone.

idk if this works personally but i have seen some people use a blow dryer. they made it warm enough to just roll the tape right off. or you can use wd 40 (wash right after to not damage anything in case). or you can use goo gone or 3m adhesive remover.. or alcohol. lol. id recommend goo gone or 3m adhesive remover. my 2 cents.

blow dryer and your thumb. heat it up, and use your thumb to push/roll it off. do not use your fingernail unless you want scratches :)

^^^ works like a charm. if you do use heat.... dont go with anything hotter than a blow dryer.

Heat gun works for me. Then wipe down with alcohol to get rid of left over adhesive and a light polish. You can do it without, it just is alot easier to heat up (and still not super easy then).

+1 But remember to let the goo gone sit on the adhesive/glue for a few minutes before applying the elbow grease :D

best answer in here :D

heat the tape with heat gun or blow dryer
pull/roll off with fingers
remove left over adhesive with rubbing alcohol, goo gone, or WD-40 (rubbing alcohol is what i use)
polish
