Yes, dispose of them immediately and get full coilovers. Or get some Ground Control sleeves with Tokico Illumina/Koni Yellow.

would the ground control sleeves go well with the tokico blues i already have?

Well, Blues aren't meant to be paired with aggressive springs/sleeves but IIRC, Raymond(username) had this combo so you can check out his threads.

Just make sure you buy the correct GC sleeves though, because there are 2 types. One is for Koni's and other is for Tokico, KYB, etc.

Suggest typing in "ground control blues" or something on the search bar.
