Replacement Eibach Sway Bar Bushings?

I just bought a used front & rear Eibach sway bar combo from another member. Unfortunately, the bushings that came on the rear bar are shot to hell, and need to be replaced before installation. They didn't come with the upsized bracket either. Luckily the front bar is the same diameter as OEM, so I reused the OEM front bushings for the time being.

My question is, has anyone had to replace their aftermarket sway bar bushings, particularly Eibach? Where do I get them?

i would email eibach and see if you can buy just the brackets and bushings from them. i've done that with companies in the past for single parts i was either missing, from buying used, or wanted to replace.
