I ordered a new shift cable for my 2000 accord 2.3/auto coupe, but what I am finding is that the transmission side is completely incorrect. Either that or I can figure out a way to attach.
The block that slides over the transmission selector shaft is too long to seat without the cable hitting the transmission body and flipped the other way it hits the flexplate.
Seems to be the cable other people sell for this application as well, so what do you think is the issue?
