I dont know man 400+ HP seems to me to be very unrealistic. I have done tons of research on turbo f23 and I have yet to come across one any were close to 400HP. To tel you the truth I think that the F23 will not be able to hold that much power and boost.

lol idk where youve been researching but there are plenty of built f series motors. as it happens, the guy building my motor finnished his f23 build. he will be running 23 pounds of boost after the break in. Any motor can be made to hold lots of boost it just needs the work done.

if you dont know what resleeving a block or installing a kife edged crank and forged rods and pistons means, then do more research. stock, the f23 can make about 300hp and thats pushing it to the max. built up, the motor can be monstrous, its the same with built D series sohc motors making 700hp easy

yeah retro I was confused when I saw the "new" wheels lol I was like, wait he had those before, haha.

for wheel hop, suspension would help obviously but so would running smaller wheels and a bigger sidewall, unless you want to stick with larger wheels for looks.

well im sticking with them for looks for now, and im upgrading to coilovers in a week or so, but this new front mount insert should help a whole lot. at least til i fill my mounts this summer. I plan to pull the motor at the beginning of summer, both to clean the engine itself as well as the bay, plus to build my new bottom end, well, technically just install it but its gonna be another long sumemr lol

Get it dyno'd and take it to the 1/4 mile and take some shots of it in the process bud. I'd liek to see what the accord can actually do. The f23 engine is a good F/I block is it not? So see what you can tune to and stuff. Get that puppy movin and make the accord community he hyped so maybe more people can check it out and see what kind of options people REALLY have. I myself feel like selling my lexus for a E36 iS but I might just keep the lex passed winter and have the other car as a spring/summer project. I don't know yet though, decisions decisions decisions right? hahaha I am bad with them so, we'll see how it all plays out. Get that **** up soon though man! Look forward to checkin it.

P.S. Some dyno shops have tuning hourly rates, so you could, if you have the right OBD, tune it to give it more power if you don't mind gettin alittle less gas mileage/tread wear. BEAST THAT BABY UP! We need some sort of record for accords don't we? If we do post that up

thanks guys... and yea, the CF cooling plate shoudl be nice, i also just ordered a stainless steal turbo heat shield that is gonna look kickass in the bay, plus ill line the under side with the adhesive heat shielding i ordered as well, so it should help a lot with the radiant heat. i wish i could leave my downpipe open but im going to have to wrap it because its so big lol. i ordered 50 feet of exhaust wrap, im gonna double wrap probably the whole exhaust up until about half way down.
