Rev Hang between shifts (manual)?

Rev hang: during shifting, the rpm stays high for a few seconds even after letting go of the throttle.

that sounds weird to me, if you can define rev hang , I might say that before I changed my flywheel I had more rev hang

check your tb cable might be too tight.
