idk i kinda like the rims before the drop.
a car slammed with stock rims(especially his hubcaps) look super, i mean like super duper the most ricer car in the world. its more ricer than a fart can. nd dont try to conpincate by flat blacking those hub caps, your just adding to ur rice factor.
nd i know nun of us can afford to do both @ the same time so i say rims before drop.
