Seeing that nominations and all the other stuff would've taken effect during the holidays we were kinda lax on the ROTM for Jan, we'll get it up here soon for Feb/March.

Yeah wouldn't you want to post the first ROTM before you actually move on to the other ones?? Since i thought that is how it worked in the first place..but i am biased in wanting the first one posted...
