Most rims have the offset etc embossed on the back of one of the spokes.
You will want 215/50/17 tires to keep factory diameter and your speedo accurate. Just so happens I have some for sale that are like new if you're interested.![]()

i dont think it could be offset if it's only 35, and not lowered. Does it sound like plastic or metal rubbing?

I spent some time with my rims tonight. Put the car on jack stands and pulled the rims. They are 40 offset so I'm clearing everything just fine. put them back on and spun the tire by hand.........drum roll............. It's my brake drums!! 

Ok done some more digging. My stock rims were 45 offset.
