we lost out on wagon sales in favor of suv's :ugh: thanks, hot soccer moms for screwing us over.

im more mad that honda hasnt brought the diesel over yet, and more mad that it only comes in the fugly 09+ tsx...

well, i think wagons arent too popular in the states for some reason. i know in a lot of other countries, there are a lot of wagons that are driving around. when honda did make wagons with the 4thgen and 5thgen accords, how many people actually bought them? the sales for the wagons was very minimal compared to the coupes and sedans so i think honda will be losing money in the long term by producing wagons to sell in teh states. just my .02.

You're both right. But I think honda - as well as most car companies - should re-evaluate what people want in a car now. A wagon is perfect for the kind of car I want, a lil performance, able to haul people/things, and still get me decent mileage and not drive like a truck/suv.

i kind of thought with the introduction of the Dodge Magnum that america embrassed the wagon again. i think an accord wagon would be a nice addition to the american market

You guys get worked over on all fronts when it comes to Honda.....
Those wagons have been everywhere I look lately, new to the market and seem to be the "in" thing.

be like it is
well, i think the new tsx (accord by you) look terrible...the 04-07 tsx were soooooo sexy and now its...awkward looking. its like they took the TL headlights and added that line near the grille...it doesnt work for me.

i personally love wagons...theres a few cars i would rather have as a wagon than sedan, and everyone knows how much i love sedans :lawl:

The only wagons I would consider would be a RS6 Avant BMW M5 Touring and E63 Wagon in that order.

I also enjoy having a SUV, but I don't really find wagons too appealing unless they have a V10 or a HUGE V8.

c'mon the best wagons are the suby wagons.. AWD, turbos, powah, and functionality! yumm.. i personally don't like this novo accord tourer shiet or anything that has to do with the new tsx/accord generation. subaru ftw.
