I sit with the back almost straight up, no idea on the sliders but it's not too terribly far back. Race seat style.

On a side note, it makes me wanna f****ng destroy when I see a sports car and the driver has the seat leaned ALLLL the way back and you can barely see their head in the window

I'm about 5'6" and I sit pretty leaned back. My friend said he can't really see my head when we're parallel or when he's driving behind me. I hardly ever need to adjust mine but I never sit straight though.. it just doesn't feel right for me. I usually have one hand on the side or laying on the bottom of the steering wheel and my right arm resting on the center console box lol and I just cruise. :chucklesfawk: Keep in mind.. I never tailgate or drive fast.

I have an EX sedan with leather and power seat on the driver side, btw. They seats are decent for comfort, IMO. Oh yeah.. and I don't use that back massage thing or w/e you call it.. I keep that straight.

My steering wheel is set to almost the lowest position and I still have plenty of room for my legs. Yes, short asian here lol but i still got that gangsta lean.

I'm 6'3" and sit pretty leaned back with the sliders all the way back. My shoulder hits the pillar and my arms are barely straight when I grab the top of the steering wheel. I don't mean to sit ghetto but I have to cuz I'm a big man. My knees hit the bottom of the steering column all the time. I've been in smaller cars that are much worse though. The 95 escort I took my drivers ed course in was the worst. I could barely steer because my knees kept blocking turning the wheel. :wtf1::rofl:

something must be done.
like i said,
WE NEED COMFORT!

very interesting thread, if i do say so myself.

i did just learn about a half hour ago, driving some random kid's cg v6 he let me drive, the leather seats are much more comfortable than my cloth. but i feel that i'd slide on the leather. but yes. very comfortable..

I tend to not care on short drives, but when taking longer trips I have found our seats rather uncomfortable. I normally sit straight up and about 3/4 way back. Although I do seem to adjust my position quite frequently when my back begins to ache.

I really wanted to swap in some leather seats, and even found a niceeee deal on CL, only to find out the guy misposted and they were for a 95 Accord...I was pissed

I honestly think this position makes helps me look at the road infront of me and keep me alert! My sister made fun of my stance because it looks like in starring down the road and my arms are stretched to reach the steering wheel which is pretty high up to help maneuver it.

As a matter a fact this very position helped me avoid a crash yesterday, after an idiot cut my lane off to make a left turn, Instead of a direct T-bone I was quick to react and pull(hand over hand) the wheel to the left and avoid a potential crash.

My seat is set to the lowest possible setting and I lean back pretty far, then again I'm rather tall and I sit about a whole arms length from the steering wheel. I like it lax and theres just enough slack in there to bend my elbows slightly when Im holding the top of the steering wheel
