Just checked Kelly Blue Book and my car's worth is supposed at $6,550...Looking probably for $6,000 as is...what do you guys think is that about right

1999 Honda Accord LX Sedan Automatic 2.3L VTEC
125,000 Miles

Needs A/C Compressor replaced and two right door lock acuators replaced and a few scratches but not really too noticiable.

What do you Guys think? Just need to know before I put in the for sale section and Craigslist.

Comments and Opinions more than welcome.

I would say you could get $5500 for it. Put it on Craigs List for $5500 and see if you get any bites.

just for your reference, i bought my car year ago dealer.
98 sedan 4banger mt 100,000mi exactly on it.
no accident, major maintenance (water pump, smogged, timing belt, clock bulb, door lock actuator, etc) done by dealer. came with brand new tires too.

exterior, no damage, besides one light scratch across qtr panel, every part's fitment was perfect.

i bought it for 6500 OTD, list price was 8500. but of course, i bought it from dealer, so i probably paid a bit more than what i actually had to pay for what the car is worth.....

hope this helps.

i got my 98 accord EX in 03 for 8,500. it had 80k miles on it, weird thing, it was listed as a "dx" i told the seller it was an ex, but he claimed it was a dx..so i ended up buying it anyways.
