Shaved Doors and Trunk?

Anyone ever seen someone put the rear door handles from a 4dr on a coupe? Basically eliminating the keyholes. Thats what I wanna do, they look like they'd fit perfectly. I just hate having the keyhole there cuz everyone scratches the **** outa the paint around it.

I did that on my crx a few years ago... Had to do some cutting...
