Should I trade my accord for a kseries ek

So one of my buddies said he might trade his ek coupe with a full rsx k20a2 swap for my 98 accord 6 speed. His car did 14.0 in the 1/4 mile stock. I want to do it but then again I have put a lot of work into my car mainly the 6 speed swap. What u guys think? Would u do it?

Personally, I wouldn't. K swaps are becoming so common place now. Swapped accords are still the minority.

Yeah and I still have plans with mine. I just feel the K20s are easier to build. My girl has a type s and I like the way it pulls with just bolt ons.

Swapped civic (pretty damn common) for a V6 6 speed Accord (pretty rare)......ehhhh. Personally I would not do that, I'd much rather have the 6 cylinders with the 6 speed to build up.

Much more original too. I feel like even if a civic is built to hell it still doesn't get the respect an accord would. And the accord is more luxurious.

I feel like if you were to trade you'd get used to that civic pretty quickly and miss your unique accord.

Also compare yours maintenance wise to his, I would not want to trade for a car with more problems than the one I have!

I personally would probably trade for the civic because I had an em1 clone and it was tons of fun. Even with just a lightly built d series. But it really depends on what you want. The civic is less practical than the accord and civics are stolen more than accords, plus like they said they're a little more common.

Yeah mine is pretty unique where I'm from. Some people know me just cause my car no one else has an accord my year fixed up around here. I do really like it too cause its specious and I have 2 kids. The more I think about the less I want to now haha. Thanks for ur opinions tho.
