A few of us will be there Friday night, I assume anyone else will be there Saturday morning. For people getting there Friday, I assume we’ll meet at the hotel, then maybe go out and grab food or something, or meet up with Joey if it’s not too late/he is free. Saturday morning, we leave from the hotel and go over to Joey’s place for the fesitivities.

Joey, what time is okay for people to come over Saturday morning? And we’ll need your address, maybe PM it to everyone on the confirmed list unless you don’t care about it being posted publicly.

All those that are coming in on Friday are more than welcome to come over and hang at the house or grabbing some food would be good to, as long as it is not to late.

As far as Saturday goes would 10:00 a.m be good or do we need to make it later or earlier. So are we cooking out later that evening toward supper time like after the days activities or earlier. I will send everyone a PM of my address and phone number.

10am is fine with me. If people want, we could leave from the hotel to get breakfast Saturday morning, then since the Corvette Museum closes at 5 we could do that afterward (if there's interest) for a couple hours, then head back to the house and BBQ/hang. Or we could do something else after the museum and BBQ that evening, doesn't matter to me.

We could also fit in a cruise and maybe take photos somewhere. Just talkin out loud here...thoughts?

Do breakfast on your own/whoever is local already plan something for themselves
10:00 AM Meet at Joey's house, wash cars, work on cars
12:00 PM Corvette Museum, Photoshoot
1:30 PM Late Lunch
3:00 PM Mammoth Cave, short tour or photo shoot
6:00 PM or 7:00 PM Cruise back to Joey's, start evening BBQ, play video games, BS, and work on cars

I like this idea, but maybe a little longer at the vette museum if we go. If I can get off work, I'll try to get down there in the evening. Otherwise, I'll just go down early Saturday.

Gentleman, I am very sad to say to say that I must withdrawal. Things have not panned out as I have expected. I enjoy the company of every one in attendance, and I'm truly regretful that I cannot go.
