spoke to dealer locally and they said, you can't programmed it from Miles to KM, they said even if you get new one, you won't be able to matched the actually millage of the car. they also said guage cluster discontinued, i am not sure how the previous dealer/owner did as car do read original millage (only proof i have is carfax report).
i think i am going to swap the mph guage face to km/hr only and leave the LCD screen as is and i hope i don't mess up the needle function while swapping the guage face. i will keep an eye for a 5 speed 01-02 coupe to pop up in junk yard to get a spare cluster.

After some research and all, i am able to change the cluster back to km/hr along matching millage too, now the car is officially a Canadian Vehicle as i do have DRL & Heated Mirrors. Also have dry ice cleaning done along rust coating, i have a lot of pictures of it but i don't want to put all here. All the fender liner, both bumpers, headlight and taillight were removed before the whole process. i won't be driving this car in winter, i am hoping it will stay rust free for rest of the life. now next thing in list is have all the dings removed.

You figured out how to program the cluster? How diffcult was it?

That underbody is cleaaaan....that reminds me, I need to go get the TLS undercoated. How pricey was the dry ice blasting?

For the cluster i went with a small business that repair clusters and do millage conversion from km/hr to mil/hr and vice versa. i picked my own 5 speed cluster from a Canadian coupe and took to them, the guy opened it up and connect 6 or 8 pin connector from his reader/scanner to the LCD screen of the cluster and punch in the millage in to km of what i have on US cluster. it seems pretty simple to me as long as you have a scanner/reader. also i think that is how millage can be change for the vehicles to show low millage to sell for high price.
i also learn about 6th gen clusters too, as i took one from SE coupe and had SRS light on, after swapping bulbs from mine, i figure out the SE don't have side airbag as EX and EX-L have, putting the bulb in the side airbag slot solve the issue, also you can swap the needle cluster too by unlocking the tab on the back of the cluster circuit board. if anyone with sedan 5 speed or auto, wants to change to red coupe needles, i think its doable by swapping the whole assembly without messing up with needle function, which was done on my initially CAD coupe to show miles/hr speed.
For the dry ice blasting and rust proofing the whole car, it cost me around CAD $2300. a lot for a accord as they are not collectors vehicles.
