Alright, i would like to wire up my Cruise control, but i don't have the sensors hooked up in the clutch pedal. is there a way i can bypass this so the computer doesn't think my clutch is always engaged? Also, I'm having trouble following the write up on how to get the reverse lights working. there are a couple different yellows in the old auto harness and i don't know which ones im supposed to hook up. Anyone with any experience hooking these up? Thanks!

About the cruise control. For those of us with automatics know that when we depress the brake pedal the cruise control in turn, disengages. If you were to go by the same line of thinking, it would be be safe to assume that you could switch the wires from the brake pedal to bottom switch on the clutch pedal? But then again if you hit the brake pedal the cruise control would'nt deactivate then, so you'd have to hit the clutch every time instead(that won't do).
Anywhos this is what the wiring for the the Auto Cruise Control looks like: http://www.the12volt.com/installbay/cruisedetail/1039.html
If anyone could help me out with a helms manual so that I can look up the Manual Cruise Control System wiring. I'll try to mock something up.
As im going to swap my 1999 ex Auto to a Prelude M2B4 probably next weekend or so depending when certain small but critical parts arrive in a timely fashion. I'll look into it. Entire swap should take me about a day and half. One day for the mechanical stuff and maybe a couple hours for the wiring. Nothing too difficult.

One Thing that does confuse me about the cruise control system, is why the auto system's Vacuum tank is so much bigger than the Manual's.

Also Note on the manual/auto brake pedal: http://i102.photobucket.com/albums/m82/B8kd/972975.png Number 3 is the stop-cruise switch. They are both the same Part Number (36750-S84-003) on both Manual and Auto Brake Pedal, the clutch switch Number 5 (36760-SM4-003) is of slightly different design and I believe has a 2 wire plug, the brake pedal switch is a 3 wire plug

On a sidenote, 2 things: you could just splice the switch wires from the brake pedal to the clutch cruise switch in series??? idk, so whenever either one is depressed the cruise turns off.

Manual Cruise Control Module P/N (36700-S84-A11) : http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/auto/jsp/mws/prddisplay.jsp?inputstate=5&catcgry1=ACCORD&catcgry2=1999&catcgry3=4DR+LX&catcgry4=KA5MT&catcgry5=CONTROL+UNIT+%28CABIN%29

Auto Cruis Control Module P/N (36700-S84-A02): http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/auto/jsp/mws/prddisplay.jsp?inputstate=5&catcgry1=ACCORD&catcgry2=1999&catcgry3=4DR+EX&catcgry4=KA4AT&catcgry5=CONTROL+UNIT+%28CABIN%29

Pretty sure both systems use the Rostra Arm and Throttle Adapter on the Throttle Body. All the Cruise control does is vary throttle plate position in relation to Speed and RPM. So in theory the auto system should work fine.
Tampa Hobo has briefly touched upon this, but has not gone into much detail. So when I hook everything up and try to get it working, I'll use my car as guinea pig and try to put up a DIY if it works.

Sorry for rambling, too many thoughts in head, i just needed to get em down before i forgot em, will edit as new ideas come to me.

First off, I hope your swap goes smoothly. you'd be surprised how fast it can start to get messed up.
I hope this isn't terribly illegal or anything, but i want this figured out, so here are the diagrams in the helms manual for the 4 cylinder management. i don't know what it's saying. lol!
I believe the Cruise Control system works the same way whether it's auto or manual, because like you said it's just the throttle plate.
Hope these images help you out, cause id love to have cruise again! Lol!
