Our HIGH temp tomorrow is -4 degrees WITHOUT the windchill. We were around -30 to day with the windchill.

I just wonder what would happen if we got like 10+ inches like some northern places...i seriously think they would have to send in the national guard to save some people haha

Two years ago we had around 3 feet of snow in some places from like continuos bombardment, the CTA (Chicago Transit Authority, bus and l train) almost shut down because it was ruled unsafe to drive.
But as long as the bus roll the schools are open, only because there are a lot of needy children in chicago.
Even if there is 59 inches of snow, if the bus rolls so do we roll to school. I hate this bull****

Yea...same here. Unless we got a foot of snow or it was just too cold (I walked to school) then the schools stayed open.

Wow...i am not really sure how many students use buses in my area since I went to a private school...All i know is whenever there is snow and they don't cancel school it seems like a bus drives off the road haha
