Roy, just a tip, if it is on the street, you don't have to actually really drive it. You can just move it (or your girl rather) across the street, up a few spaces, whatever. The law in cali is your car has to move every 3 days, not drive it around. My neighbors were bitching about my old jag not moving and i got a warning. Now i just move it to different spots within 20ft of eachother every few days when i'm not driving it. No problems since. Your landlord can't do anything about street parking either, even if it pisses them off. I taught my neighbors that lol.
