not much of a fan of planet audio, my friends had them and i didn't like how they sound.

i've prob spent over $2k past 4 years in car audio.

get subs last, it'll sound like **** if you just have subs and no mids/highs to back it up. spend some money on a quality set of 6.5 components in the front. you can just get a 2 channel amp to power them. if you want the rear 6x9s, just get something cheap that's better than stock and power it with your headunit.

my order:
1. headunit
2. 6.5 components
3. 2 or 4 channel amp
4. 1 or 2 subs, 10-12" w a 500w rms amp. Alpine Type R is a really good budget sub. MB Quart has a good budget amp for cheap.
5. 6x9s....alpine, kicker, fosgate, jl, etc.
6. upgrade the battery and alternator if you are going big in car audio.

actually most important is the BIG 3 upgrade.

yep with mdf board an tweet right beside it on each side

nice, i just used a simple plastic adapter that came with my set. i got rid of mine because it didn't sound as good as just having a good front stage w basic 6x9 speakers.
