I just ordered the Exedy oem-spec kit, goes in next weekend :) not sure what im going to do about the flywheel... might just get the oem one resurfaced, or machine shop lightened...

btw- did anyone put theirs in themselves or did you all take them to a shop? I know AllData says is a 6+ hour job... and where I am that means at least 500 for labor

$500 is too much imo. I got it installed for half that from a guy my cousin works with who did it in his driveway..lol. Search around for prices. I'm sure you can find a better deal :thumbsup:

WOW were have I been on this one?!?! I pulled my exedy stage 1 clutch back in January. After about 15-20k of redlines everyday and some heavy abuse the clutch didn't look worn at all. I am amazed at the condition it is in, now I'm torn to throw it back in the car or just drop the 400 bucks with the stage 2. I'm a afraid the work I'm doing to the engine right now, may over load the stage 1. But exedy makes one hell of a clutch.
