Hey guys 99 accord sedan..
Tried installing a kenwood stereo and it wouldn't turn on.. I accidentally had some wires touch which created a spark.. Hooked up the original and it won't turn.. Checked the radio fuse on the passenger side of dash.. And it was burnt.. Replaced with a good 20A fuse and tried turning on the original radio and nothing.. Is there another fuse somewhere? I checked it again and it's still good.. (the one I replaced) so where do I go from Here?

That's why you unplug the battery when you work on any electrical component in the car. check all your fuses again. you may have burned out a multiplexer.

Check the acc. fuse . and if you touched the illumination wire to metal check your parking light and blinker fuses

Acc fuse is perfect A okay!! This morning my battery just died on me.. Last night the battery was super low.. I never turned on the car cause I dropped the muffler system (just got the car back from the body shop that morning and I'm currently working on headers valve cover gasket spark plugs oil oil filter and cold air intake) I couldn't even get the head lights to work or in the interior dome lights.. And they work cause last night when I had the door open on the passenger side to check the fuse the light on the bottom was just dimming.. Hmm.. I leave for work and don't get back till 9-10 in afternoon I'll prob have to get put a different batt and test it
