for springs vs. coilovers I'd say just do a search, because people have asked about that quite a few times.

as for the body kit, it depends on what it looks like right now lol

for bodykit. what kind is it? most likely, i would take it out and get a lip kit. if the bodykit is similar to the TSX front end, then i would def. keep it. LOL. but i would recommend lowering it before doing a bodykit. it wouldn't look right at all.

for suspension. it's mostly for your opinion. springs vs coil-overs. most people i heard said that coil-overs are bumpy than springs. for coil-overs, you can adjust the height. springs can't. remember, if you lower your car, you MUST get shocks SOON (ASAP) or else it will blow on you. thank me after you blow it. :D

for shocks/struts and dampers. if your going to run on the track, i would go with dampers. which you could adjust the sensitivity of how bumpy you want it. the stiffer it is, the more you could cut corners easily without flipping the car. shocks and struts are exactly similar.

for more info about suspension, i would def. recommend ANYONE to read this. i've learned a lot from just this thread about suspensions.

edit_it's best if you invest springs/coil-overs THEN shocks/struts or damper last. install it ALL at once. it might cost more for some of the parts but it's better than blowing a shock and also you could avoid an accident if something happens to your suspension. #1 tip is DO NOT cut your oem springs. PLEASE.

I don't know how much you plan to spend. I'd go back to stock, get the factory lips (if you are 01+, you can still use the sides and rear), and some coilovers. But for the lips and coil overs it could get pricey.
