Stock strut mount question

Quick question for you experts... I just got some stock springs/struts/mounts to swap onto my car - and I noticed on one side (front left) the strut mount bolts wiggle a bit - is this ok or should the bolts that secure from the underside into the engine bay body area be "unified" with the mount itself?

Any input is appreciated...

just tighten with proper tq for bolts

Yeah tighten them up ASAP .
