The Empire plates were stamped, I think custom plates were printed. Idk about the new gold plates being stamped/printed, but I'm pretty sure that the custom gold plates are printed.

Believe it or not, Euro plates are legal in Kentucky. Of all places, right?

But you can only have one on the front of the car, the rear must be standard state issue.
