how do i remove them? they are like superglued in there......

In the valve cover? If you cant get them out with a pick or screw driver, get a blow torch.

cool. also my valve cover is stuck in places and and is leaving lil pieces behind.....

just dont get that much if any crap inside the head when doing so..
but yea for the seals just take a flat head and a hammer and pop them out.
i found when i installed them,get some motor oil you use and lube the up..Put them center all lined up and hit down with a rubber mallet..takes like 2 mins per seal.
took me for ever when I did my 1st set..ha

thanks yall. i got it all put together sunday morning after i calmed down some. that sucked. hard. but its all about the experience i guess....
