what I have done in the past when gaskets are not available.

Cover mating surface with saran wrap, make sure it's super smooth on the edge.

smear some vasoline anywhere you don't want RTV to stick. Yes, it's messy, but getting RTV off your paint is a PITA. Don't worry about the glass, it will peel up with the help of a razor blade.

now build up the gasket with some black RTV, regular old gasket maker, close it and let it sit for 24 hours.
The saran wrap will act as a mold release, you can now open it, the RTV will have filled in your tears/gaps. Clean up the vasoline and the glass, and you now have a "new" gasket that doesn't leak or look like ****.

I had to do this with my Comanche sunroof, because they simply don't exist anymore and I was tired of the leaky gasket.
