i got the skunks cuz they have a harder spring rate. i wanted my suspension for handling. it all depends on what you want it for. like i said, i wanted my car to be good in the turns, so i didnt care about the hardness/stiffness of the ride while just going down the road, as long as i could take turns at like 80, i was happy, haha. ive never heard anything bad about tein basics either. but idk about theyre handling, someone else would have to give their 0.02 on that. they seem more like a set up for looks, since theyre only adjustable height wise. just figure out which you want, handling or looks, and decide from there.

You are right.. The thing is that I want to be lower cuz my car look weird with no drop (not slammed either). I just wanna get something that don't make look like a 4 x 4 and handles good not to turn at 80 thogh but a good quality ride.

if your not going to slam it, then go with the spring + shock combo. h&r sport 1.5f 1.3r or eibach 1.5 all around and koni yellow

Yup, that's what i would say. No point on spending a grand to drop your car for a grand if you don't care about adjustability, just want a good drop.

^^^ yeah but my car with a 1.5" all arround stilll looks like 4 x 4. I want like 2.2" on the front and 2" in the rear. I'm runnin 17/45/17 and I have 4 1/2 fingers gap in the front and 4 fingers gap in the rear; thats why I wanted Coilovers so I can adjust that height of the car along with the issue our 6thgens has "the front being higher than the rear".

I decided to go with TOKICO ILLUMINAS 5 WAYS/ADJ.;)

Now I need to decide waht to get either springs or coilovers based in my demand.

My question is:

1. Is the ride confort/quality on coilovers good or not???

2. Or ride confort/quality is better with springs??? if so Then which springs should I buy to achieve what I wannna.

Let's plan to meet up sometime soon (hondatech is having a meet this weekend up in broward, perhaps) and i'll let you take a spin in mine. Koni Yellows and Nuespeed Sports (1.8 F & 1.7 Rear) which are sitting on the 2nd spring perch; i wasn't expecting the stance to be as good looking as it is. And as for labor, DIY, my friend; you, a buddy, and some brewskies = $160 that'll stay in your pocket (gotta at least shell out for the beer).

Well I've research enough here and I came to the conclution that its not worthy spend a grand on the susp. when you can get quality products that last for a better price.
I measure the gap I have right now and exactly I have 3.35" F & 3.0" R

My set up:

- Tokico HP Shocks/struts
- Neuspeed Lowering Springs RACE?/ 2.2F & 2.0R

fyi, the front isnt "higher" then the rear on our cars, its that the rear fender well isnt cut out as high as the front one. thats why it appears higher, but its not. to have an even looking drop with coilovers, the car willl actually be raked foward a little bit.
