I believe there'z a rubber knob that you can turn and adjust the height of the knob that the trunk rests on by screwing in or out, u need 2 screw the right side one IN, i'll take a pic tomo n sho u wut im talkin abt.

I posted a DIY on the way I fixed it, but I am VERY interested in your way of doing it... I may also do it your way just to try! Please post and add a pic! I'm looking forward to it!

sry, slackalakin a lil, it wuz cold out so i neva went out 2 werk on my car today, since im werkin on sum fiberglass stuff, it wouldnt cure unless its more than 50degz and today, it wuznt, so i slacked around the house. tomorrow iz mid 50'z so i'll get sum pix tomorrow russianred, again sry bro.
