The DEPO tail lights, regardless of the year, have the lights in the same place.
They made the 01-02 ones look like the 98-00 ones for some silly reason.
Just connect the lights where they are supposed to go, and they will run fine.
Here is mine (an 02) when I had the CF ones, the black sedan beside me is a 2000 with the red/clear DEPO tails.

Thanks for that picture, that helps a lot. Now like someone said above, I could remove the Amber piece within the turn signal to get that part clear. I tried searching but I could only find a DIY where I would have to put it in the oven, and open them up. The person above said they just cut them out...
Now how would I cut it out exactly? Is there a DIY on that? And since it would be clear, what type of bulb should I be getting to replace it so its still a red or yellow/orange turn signal when its on? (But that gives the clear look still).
