i took off a collar and had the spring sit on one collar... tucked a little bit of tire.

i've been wanting to do this, good to here it worked out. i'll be taking one off asap. i hate these coilovers

I had one of my collars taken off my SS as well. No difference in ride comfort from what I can remember. It rode pretty much the same.

Ah, how I miss the comfortability of Teins..

I'm running shorter springs on my tein ss so I can dump the crap out of mine. Both front and rear are 8kg but they have not been re-valved. Sadly I'm still not satisfied.
