Yea, you're going to need to wait for your next tank of gas to see how much your MPGs have changed.
I think you asked before, but if your suspension is shot and / or your alignment is off, it will also impact your MPGs negatively. Just be sure that your alignment is where it should be and that your shocks are in working condition.
