Testing waters on a summer TN meet!!!

Ok well i thought about planning a separate meet than the import alliance, but i am not sure the turnout would be big enough to justify it. Here is the info about the meet

Saturday 8a.m. - 5p.m.
Sunday 9 a.m. - 5p.m.

Nashville Super Speedway
4847-F McCreary Rd
Lebanon, TN 37090

ImportAlliance is the largest import car meet in the country. Last year we had 1900 cars in attendance over the weekend and expect attendance to grow even larger this year.

Admission:
$10.00 for all weekend
$7.00 for one day

Caravans will be coming from all over the country again. I will be posting links to them on our website

***update 7/2/09*** looks like we have a good amount of interest shown...so we are going to try and plan a meet for that weekend...it would be nice to have a meet away from IA, but not sure if everybody would be able to do that...but we could try and roll in together, and one afternoon leave for some pictures and maybe a meal...just keep an eye on the thread for updates..i will try and pm everybody when better plans have been made

pretty much no interest in having the accords meet up..but the IA meet is still happening..will be thousand plus cars there...maybe about 10 6thgens

I'm down for a TN 6thgen meet. I think that if it doesn't work out around the same time as IA we could do it some other time during the summer, maybe when the weather starts cooling down?

But anyways, I'm definitely down for this type of meet.

^^fine with me also...i think it would be really cool if we could get lots of people to meet the IA weekend...from what it sounds like quite a few from v6p are going...some good looking accords also....i might have to print out something that has my number and just put it on all of hte 6thgens at the meet

Im still iffy about IA, I havent decided if I'm going or not. Id love to meet up with some other 6thgen'rs from around the area, hell I'd drive. I just have a problem around big crouds, freaks me out.

Relative to having another meet over this summer sometime...completely separate from IA or the small meet before then.

I'd like to have a meet in Kentucky if anyone would be interested, or somewhere more central to you Tennessee guys and us Ohio guys. For us the closest consistent meets are near Chicago or Nashville, both of which are pretty far. Not trying to change the subject, just answering 00Accord4cyl's call for ideas for having a summer meet.

With Accords from Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee...we just may be able to have ourselves a decent meet. If nothing else to meet each other and eat and show our cars. Alright I've said enough, haha. There's my idea.

People are driving from all over the US / Canada for this! How can ya miss out
