I have a power driver's seat with leather, and it's loose so it jiggles. I want to swap out the power rails for manual adjustment rails, or just convert the whole seat to manual. But, I want to keep my leather cushion and seat back. Can this be done?

Easiest - have an upholstery shop swap the leather over to a new seat

Yeah I don't understand it either lol. The entire seat jiggles at the base.

I like mine better...

It is an auto. Prelude shifter, random boot to cover the 'stripped' console, random #8 ball drilled and tapped to M14. You can use whatever you want for a shift knob. No button at all.

-note: please ignore mess & misfits, I'm modding a 5spd shifter/console ring...eventually...

With slight modification yes, but the sides that are closest to the doors will have a gap.
