The new guy from Southern Cali

Hey everybody, I just signed up on here. I just bought a 1999 Accord Lx V6 3 months ago. Right after I bought it the transmission went out , that was annoying, but I got it rebuilt and I'm getting over it. I'm still stock besides HID bulb change. I'm here to learn about the car and see what all of you have done to your rides.
In the past I have had Acura Legend/Integra's/Rx7's/Lexus Sc400 modded out. But my girlfriend had the 5th gen Accord, and I loved it. So here I am with my honda. Feel free to send me invites to any local meets in the southern California. Thanks..

welcome.. i just got my v6 coupe bout 3months ago too .... but ive always loved 6thgens. lots of info and help on this site. good luck with ur modding.. and yea the trans on these cars suck but atleast u already got a new one so u dont gotta worry for a while... so what kinda plans u got for ur ride??

I Usually get rims first, I found a good deal on some used 18" Tenzo R Shu wheels. I then plan on getting a smooth lip kit, and clear headlights. Side skirts? Then go under the hood, I don't want to do to much as I have a long traffic record, and I want to keep it pretty quiet, to fly under the radar. Probably just intake, and wires, and maybe some kind of chip.

like few has mentioned above, please get suspension first if you're going to start modding.
this site can be either full of support, help and family for you, OR can be pain in the butt to bear with IF:
1. you never search
2. you have attitude/you're the shizneet, so you dont need any one else's opinion
3. you think 6thgen accord is the fastest car
4. you street race/post your road kill here
